PREPAREDNESS

IF WE EXPERIENCE
A DISASTER

Would you be ready, if you had to live through a natural disaster, another terrorist attack, or a financial crash? Would you be ready to live in a country in crisis?

The first and foremost concern would be food and water supply, power to run refrigerators or radios, communication to first responders or family, and safety.

How prepared are you, to endure the hardships that would ensue?

Do you have a pantry with food, water, medical supplies and more - to live for a week or month? It is vitally important to understand how life would change in these events. Check out the various "Preparedness" articles below.

PREPARING YOUR HOME, FAMILY,
COMMUNITY AND CHURCH

for the Ensuing End Times

As we see more and more signs of the end times, we realize that we are watching what Jesus talked about in Matthew, in the Olivet Discourse. We see the beginning of sorrows. We watch for the day Christ returns!

How long will we live on the earth in time of peril? Will we see more terrorist attacks, natural disasters and financial ruin? We do not know the day or hour that Jesus will return. We do not know if the rapture happens before or during Daniel's "70th Week", often referred to as a time of tribulation.

Mt 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
Mt 24:43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
Mt 24:44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Mt 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made
ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

How can we help each other - Christians and non-Christians, alike, if we do not prepare for what we know lies ahead? Not only will we be responsible to help
our own families but we will be helping non-believers as well! What a great
testimony and reflection of Christ
we will be, to feed the hungry and
give comfort to those who are
in need! Jesus wants us to love
and to pray for our enemies.
That seems difficult, but it is
not. We know people who have
converted to Christianity and
more than likely they were inspired

by some unselfish act of a Christian sharing their faith, in love.

Mt 25:35 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
Mt 25:36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

We are called to shine as a light for Jesus - to spread the gospel - to tell the unsaved about God's gift to us. We must plan to share our gospel, our food
and provide comfort to those who are less prepared.

We will not give up our country, our freedoms and our Christianity to the evil that is attacking us. We will stand firm as soldiers for Christ. The Holy Spirit
will guide our words and our actions.
With faith, hope and love, we can
prepare for the coming events that will be happening. Like Noah, we may need to build and prepare - as God instructs us.

Mk 13:7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.

Mt 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Mt 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Mt 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Jer 51:46 And lest your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come one year, and after that in another year shall come a rumour, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.

2Th 2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
2Th 2:16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
2Th 2:17 Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Lk 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
Lk 21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
Lk 21:14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
Lk 21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
